 Charges for Missoula Manor Services

Missoula Manor apartments are rented on a "full service" basis.

The monthly amount that you pay includes:

THE APARTMENT  +  HEAT  +  LIGHTS  +  WATER

AIR CONDITIONING  +  WEEKLY APARTMENT CLEANING

ONE, TWO, OR THREE MEALS PER DAY (whichever you prefer)

STORAGE SPACE (if needed)  +  ALL RECREATIONAL FACILITIES

Studio apartment rent:

30% of income up to the maximum rent of $478.00 per month.   If your adjusted annual income is $19, 120 or more, you would pay the maximum rent.

 

One bedroom apartment rent:

30% of income up to the maximum rent of $639.00 to $886.00 per month depending on the size of the apartment.

 

Meal Charges are added to the rent in setting the monthly rate as follows:

One meal per day per person                 $195.00 per month

Two meals per day per person               $247.50 per month

Three meals per day per person            $292.50 per month

 

Additional optional charges:

Monthly fee for reserved parking               $7.50

Monthly fee for use of laundry facilities     $6.00

Guest meal tickets - Breakfast                    $4.50

                                     Lunch                         $5.50

                                     Dinner                        $7.00

 

Guest Room Rental

One person per night - $42.00

Two persons per night - $49.00
